Stress is something that everyone goes through continuously how much stress you are going through is usually the question. The end result is that people want to feel good but what needs to be asked if how they want to feel good and whether or not the solutions proposed are actually solutions at all or temporary measures for people who may not know that they should be addressing a much larger issue.
